Effective May 1, 2011, please expect a Service Charge Fee to be added to each client's ticket at the time of checkout. This fee is $1.00 for tickets under $50.00 and $2.00 for tickets above $50.00.
Gratuities:
For good service 15%, for
excellent service 20%.
Cancellations:
We understand that emergencies
do arise, however we do request the courtesy of
a 24 hour notice for all spa services and a 48
hour notice for all packages scheduled. Cancellations
of less than the hours noted will result in a
100% fee. Gift certificates will be reduced by the full value. No shows will be charged 100%
fee.
Reservations:
When booking a group for spa
services, a spa package or multiple services,
a credit card number is required to reserve the
appointments. Please give 48 hours notice of any
cancellations.
Please arrive on time for your
appointment to ensure that our services run as
smoothly as possible. If you are receiving a facial,
body treatment, or massage, we build in adequate
time for changing, paperwork and personal consultation.
Late Arrivals:
We
regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled
service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
For Your Comfort:
Many treatments require the removal of jewelry. It
is our suggestion that you leave your valuables at home as we are not
responsible for lost or stolen items.
We request that you disclose any medical conditions
and or prescriptions you are taking as some
services may have contra-indications
In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety
and hygiene, we sterilize and sanitize our equipment for all services
and treatments.
